Three Stone
A three-stone ring sets a center diamond between two smaller stones, one on either side. The side stones are part of the design rather than decoration on the band — that is what separates this style from a solitaire with diamond-set shoulders.
The arrangement is commonly read as past, present and future, which is why the style turns up as often for an anniversary or milestone as it does for a proposal.
This collection runs to 69 rings, from 1 to 8.5 ct. t.w. Center stones include round, oval, pear, marquise, emerald cut, radiant, cushion and princess. The flanking pair varies just as much: matched rounds, pears or marquises on some, tapered baguettes or trapezoids on others, so the sides either echo the center shape or deliberately cut against it.
Every ring here is set with lab grown diamonds in 14K white or yellow gold, with VS clarity. Most carry F or G–H color; two are built around a fancy yellow center diamond.
