How to know where your order is, and when to expect it.
The short version
Your tracking arrives by email
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. There is nothing you need to do to receive it.

When tracking arrives
Tracking is sent the moment your order ships, not when it is placed. If your piece is still being made, there will not be a tracking number yet.

How long that takes
Items we keep in stock, such as diamond studs, ship within 7–10 days. Pieces made to order typically arrive within 4–8 weeks. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

If you have not received it
Check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam folder. If it is not there, get in touch and we will resend it.

Want an update sooner
Contact us any time with your order number and we will check on your piece and tell you exactly where it stands.
