An oval center with a step-cut trapezoid either side, on a plain 14K white gold band.
The trapezoids are angled to meet the oval with no gap, which makes the head of the ring read as one wide stone rather than three. At 1.43 ct. t.w. that is the trick — it wears considerably larger than its weight. Lab grown, G–H color, within the near-colorless range, and VS clarity.
