Everything you need to know about how your jewelry gets to you.
Every U.S. order
Free shipping on every order
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase required. There is no shipping charge added at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery time
Delivery depends on the piece. Items we keep in stock, such as diamond studs, ship within 7–10 days. Pieces made to order typically arrive within 4–8 weeks.

Financed orders
If you are financing your order, we start on it once your required down payment has been processed. The delivery times above apply from that point, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your piece ships.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking details. If it has not arrived, contact us and we will check on your order for you.
